Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative - Safety Vending Solutions to join our First Aid & Safety Division. This role is primarily focused on providing tailored Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Vending solutions to customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process. This role also required effective project management and the ability to manage and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify their interest and assess their suitability for Cintas PPE vending solutions.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our PPE vending machines and services.
• Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and internal team progress in the appropriate system.
• Prepare quotes and proposals and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales to meet the customers needs.
• Work closely with the proper teams to ensure all parties are executing their roles in a timely manner.
• Provide customer, process, and offering feedback to the team Supervisor to help improve the offering and processes.
