Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Account Executive in 401K
Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with financial advisors and small business decision makers
to build relationships and provide retirement solutions
Execute a consultative sales process to develop long-term business
relationships via phone and virtual meetings
Collaborate with internal partners to create and manage a
territory-level business plan and pipeline of business
Required Qualifications
Established experience in consulting, sales, or the financial
services industry
Must obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses within 2 months of hire
Knowledge of Financial Services, Employee Benefits, or Human
Resources Industry
Proven territory, project, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
